Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar III
Northern States Governors have congratulated the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar III, who celebrated his 57th birthday at the weekend in Minna.
The sultan was described as a bridge builder and a man of peace whose rule had certified progress transformation of the caliphate as well as the nation.
The Sultan ensured that crisis whether sectarian or otherwise is hardly witnessed in the Caliphate and even beyond, owing to his influence.
They prayed that God will grant the Sultan good health and many more years to serve his country well.
