The Ali Modu Sheriff-led candidate and candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Barrister Jimoh Ibrahim has said that his emergence is for development of the party.
Mr. Jimoh Ibrahim is currently in the Ondo state gubernatorial race with four major political opponents in the state.
During the Channels TV Debate, when asked about his intention for the Peoples Democratic Party in the sate, Mr. Ibrahim said his emergence is a vote for development, hope, justice for the people of democracy.
I am not a spoiler, I am a developer in the race, he said.

“In 2003, I contested for the governorship position, In respect to other contesters, I am the oldest. I contested against Olussegun Agagu, Pa Adefarati
“Olusegun Mimiko joined PDP few months ago, Jegede joined the PDP, three months ago when he resigned as the Attorney General of the state.
I am the oldest Papa of PDP in the state”, he said jokingly.
