The Edo State House of Assembly has amended the bill for a Law for Pension Rights of the Governor and Deputy Governor.

With the amendment, the immediate past governor, Adams Oshiomhole, and his former deputy, Dr. Pius Odubu, will get some mouthwatering benefits.

The House approved the provision of residential buildings worth N200m for the governor as part of his pension facility.

While the deputy governor will be entitled to N100m worth of building anywhere in Nigeria.
