Prof. Yemi Osinbajo has reacted to the controversy that President Muhammadu Buhari didn't name him acting President in his letter to the Senate.

Osinbajo was forced to wade into the controversy after a young Nigerian on Twitter threw the question at him.

In his response to the question, Osinbajo wrote, ''He did sir. He transmitted a letter to the Senate in compliance with S.145 (1) of the 1999 Constitution (as amended). ''
