Bayelsa state's Governor Seriake Dickson on Wednesday held a closed-door meeting with former Head of State, Gen Ibrahim Babangida in Minna, Niger state.
Emerging from the meeting, Dickson refused to speak with newsmen but sources said his visit had something to do with the ongoing crisis rocking the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
“The Governor, after an hour, came out of the meeting and did not disclose the purpose of the visit but instead got into his car and zoomed off”, the source said.
Recently, Babangida predicted that the PDP will seize power back from the All Progressives Congress (APC) and will go on to rule Nigeria for 60 successive years,
