The battle of supremacy between the Peoples Democratic Party and its National Secretary, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, has been shifted to the Independent National Electoral Commission.
Following a letter by Oyinlola to the commission yesterday notifying it about the Court of Appeal judgement that reinstated him to his position, the party sent a letter to the same commission today informing it that Oyinlola and three other persons have been suspended from the party.
