A delegation of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the presidency led by Senator Hope Uzodinma has arrived Taraba state capital, Jalingo around 11 am Nigerian time on a fact-finding mission with the aim of resolving the political logjam in the state.

According to Sahara Reporters, upon arrival the delegation summoned the speaker of the Taraba state house of assembly, Haruna Tsokwa and the Acting Governor, Umar Garba to a meeting with ailing governor, Danbaba Suntai at the governor's lodge. It will be the acting governor's first meeting with Suntai since arriving the state two weeks ago.

Suntai main loyalist, Senator Emmanuel Bwatcha and his wife, Hauwa were also in attendance. The agenda of the meeting remains unclear as journalists were barred from covering the meeting.

More details as the story unfolds.
