The government of the Republic of Poland has stated that it was ready and willing to aid Nigeria in her fight against insecurity through the use of Information Communication Technologies (ICT). This was made known by the Polish ambassador to Nigeria, Mr. Przemyslaw Niesiolowski during his visit to the Nigerian Minister of Interior, Abba Moro in his office on Tuesday, the 27th of August.

He noted that Poland would aid in developing Nigeria’s border control and her Fire and Prison Service. The Nigerian Minister said that this partnership could not have come at a better time and that Nigeria would greatly benefit from this partnership.

Moro assured the Polish Ambassador of Nigeria’s commitment to continue to improve the relationship between the two nations, citing the new visa regime as one of the present government’s efforts in accomplishing this goal.
