The Osun state police command has arraigned two teenage boys Samuel Friday, 19, and Oni Oluwatobi, 18 before an Osogbo Chief Magistrates’ Court on a two-count charge of indecent sexual practice and seducing another into homosexuality.
During the trial of the duo on Wednesday, Police prosecutor, Insp Solomon Oladele, told the court that the accused committed the offence sometime in May 2012 at about 2. a.m. at Peace of Jesus Apostolic Church, Asubiaro, Osogbo.
Oladele also said Friday was also arraigned for allegedly seducing one Oladipupo Moruf by indecently touching and sucking his penis. It was Moruf’s complaints led to the arrest of the accused.
The accused persons, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges and were granted bail by Chief Magistrate Olusola Aluko. (NAN)
