A policeman attached to the Igbuzo Police Division, identified as Sergeant Abua, has allegedly taken to his heels after shooting a female student of the Delta State Polytechnic, Sofia Ogogo, and a civil servant, Victor Emeagwai, at a checkpoint in the community.
