Catholic Pontiff, Pope Francis has described the recent Kano mosque attack as a sin against God.
Speaking during the the final day of his trip to Turkey, the Pope said, the attacks on the Central mosque in Kano which killed over 100 worshippers, is as an "extremely serious sin against God".
The Pope also called on Muslim leaders to condemn the “barbaric violence” being committed in Islam’s name against religious minorities in Iraq and Syria.
