Business Preferred bidder offers $25.5m for Warri terminal – Punch Newspapers

Ocean and Cargo Terminal Services Limited has emerged the preferred bidder for the concession of Terminal B Warri Old Port in Delta State, the Bureau of Public Enterprises has said.

A statement by the Head, Public Communications, BPE, Amina Othman, on Thursday said the financial bid opening took place in Abuja on Wednesday.
