The Presidency on Monday described popular Nigerian lawyer, Mike Ozekhome as ''scum'' for saying that the recent recoveries of money by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission are propaganda.

Lauretta Onochie, a Presidential aide accused Ozekhome of being double-mouthed.
