According to a report from Sahara Reporters, Ibrahim Magu's days as EFCC chairman may be numbered.
This is because Abba Kyari, the Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, along with the Director General of the Department of State Security (DSS) and newspaper publisher Nduka Obaigbena, are waging a war against him.
They are planning to replace him with their own candidate, Sahara Reporters say.
It's believed that Magu is having a cold war with several members of the president's cabinet over their willingness to interfere in several EFCC investigations.
