Politics President Jonathan Appoints Onyeka Onwenu Executive Director, NCWD

On Friday, President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan approved the appointment of veteran singer, Onyeka Onwenu, as the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of the National Centre for Women Development, NCWD, Abuja.

According to Vanguard, she is expected to assume duties immediately.

Onwenu was formerly the chairperson of the Imo State Council for Arts.
