Politics President Jonathan Holds Confidential Meeting With Security Chiefs in Abuja

President Goodluck Jonathan on Monday in Abuja at the Presidential Vilka met with security chiefs behind closed doors.

The routine meeting reportedly reviewed government’s efforts at tackling the security challenges facing the nation.

Accoording to #Punch, the heads of all security agencies were at the meeting also attended by relevant ministers and none of those who attended the meeting-which lasted for about three hours- spoke with journalists.

The meeting was the first of such attended by the acting Inspector-General of Police, Suleiman Abba, since his recent appointment following the retirement of Muhammed Abubakar.
