FIVE months after the closure of the Rivers State House of Assembly, members of the House are set to resume plenary before Christmas with a delegation from the House of Representatives expected to witness the session.
The Deputy Speaker of the House, Mr. Leyii Kwanee, said lawmakers would meet in the chambers of the Assembly complex once again after the free-for-all on July 9, 2013.
