Dream Team VI Coach, Samson Siasia has stated said the initial difficulties he and his team encountered en route the Rio Olympic games inspired them success.
“We all know it was not easy, nobody wants to be in the situation we were in weeks ago when we were still in Atlanta.
“But, your circumstances should not determine what goals you set yourself and what you want to achieve.
“It was very difficult circumstances. We struggled to get here. But there is oneness, a team spirit and a willingness to overcome,’’ Siasia said adding that the boys are together and they want to make sure that they can succeed in spite of all troubles.
"I am proud of what they have done," he said.
