Niger Delta’s most wanted criminal and kidnap kingpin, Kelvin Ibruvwe, has been arrested, reports THE NATION.
He was arrested 3 a.m on Wednesday by the State Security Service(SSS) at a hotel in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Seven days ago, he had threatened to attack oil facilities if the Federal Government doesn’t start developing Urhobo, Delta state in 60 days.
At the moment, an intense gunfight is raging between his supporters and security operatives in Kokori, his hometown.
