The Osubi community in Delta state yesterday handed over Mr Ifeanyi Akpa and his wife to the police in the community for physically assaulting his 13-year old nephew, Chigozie, who resides with them. The community members who witnessed the beating of the little boy and saw how battered his back looked, apprehended the couple and handed them over to the police
