Ibrahim Magu, acting EFCC Chairman will be screen by the Nigerian senate on Thursday.

The confirmation of the Anti Corruption Czar is coming months after the president letter seeking his confirmation.

Buhari appointed Magu acting chair of the EFCC after the removal of Ibrahim Lamorde on November 9, 2015.

The delay in considering and confirming the EFCC boss months after president Buhari letter had fuel earlier speculation that the senate was reluctant in acting on the letter.

If he is confirmed by the Senate, he will be the the fourth head of the anti-graft agency, after Nuhu Ribadu, Farida Waziri and Lamorde.
