The Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) has asked the tribunal to strike out a suit by Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) Presidential Candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, challenging the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari at the February 23rd Presidential poll.
