Super Eagles should stop wishing for an easy game – Lawal

Former Nigerian player,Garba Lawal,believes that Nigeria should be ready for any opposition that they would come up against in the draws for the 2014 World Cup play-offs round.
Nigeria is seeded as one of the top countries,and would be hoping to avoid teams like Egypt,Cameroon and Senegal,who are on the other half of the draw.
Lawal however cautioned that Nigeria should be prepared for the game rather than hoping for an easier team,as there are no longer easy teams to play against.
“There are no more easy games, so the Coach needs to prepare for any of the teams but we will just have to wait and find out which of the teams will be our next opponent,” Lawal told Brila FM.
Garba featured for the Super Eagles at the France 1998 World Cup,scoring a goal against Spain and also was in Nigeria’s team to the 2002 World Cup in Korea and Japan.
