The U.S Military Revives 18th Century’s Technology for Surveillance

The U.S military have come up with two giant blimps a kind of technology that involves using floating balloons to carry out surveillance mission.

These two aerostats as they are called will be stationed in the Maryland area to watch out for possible missiles attacks. They are unmanned and the operators will be able to maneuver the from the available ground stations.

The technology was first used by the French in the 18th century when their military used it to watch out for enemy soldiers.
