Chelsea coach Jose Mourinho has refuted suggestions that there is racism in football.
With talks about how to eradicate the menace from football,the Portuguese caused a stir when he said that "there is no racism in football".
England are looking at adopting the American Football's 'Rooney Rule' which will give room to a more black people occupying strategic positions at clubsides.
"Football is not so stupid to close doors to people," Mourinho said.
"If you are good, you get the job. If you are top, you are top."
