Metro This is What Caused the Fire at NFF Glasshouse

Earlier today, we reported that the NFF Glasshouse building was on fire. The fire is said to have started from the office of the General Secretary, Musa Amadu on the top floor.

DailyPost reports that "It was gathered from the fire fighters that the fire might have been caused by an electric surge.

Susan Ajenge, the Sector Commander, Federal Road Safety Commission in the FCT, said “we saw smoke and there was an alarm; my men blew whistle that there was an emergency, so everybody came out.

”My assistant was able to call the fire service, we used our fire extinguisher but it was escalating before the fire fighters arrived. Everybody upstairs came down with the help of my men’’, Ajenge said."
