As students of Ladoke Akinotola University continue to stay at home with no hope in sight of resumption, Adeyeye Olorunfemi, a rusticated student of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) while speaking to SaharaTV at the #ReOpenLAUTECH protest said it is a pity that three APC elder statesmen can not manage just a single university, but by 2019 they will come to us again and say vote for APC.
The three APC elders include, Bola Tinubu who is the Chancellor of the University, Abiola Ajimobi who is the governor of Oyo state and Rauf Aregbesola, the Executive governor of Osun state. The two state governors are the managing states of the institution that has been shut for the past 8 months.
Recall that Governor Ajimobi recently lashed out at the protesting students making disraparaging remarks that went viral on the social media.
