Ex-governor of Lagos state Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has regained his fitness back after undergoing a surgery for arthritis on his knees last month in New York. He is thought to be recovering in the UK, where he has been receiving visitors, amongst them, General Mohammed Buhari (rtd).
It's unknown when he'll be back in Nigeria, but it'll be soon judging by the video.
