The Anambra state Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Awka, yesterday struck out the application brought by another claimant to the ticket of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in the November 16, 2013, governorship election, Dr. Chike Obidigbo.
Obidigbo had urged the tribunal to join him as a respondent in the petitions challenging the declaration of Chief Willie Obiano by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as the winner of the election.
