Donald Trump, US Republican Presidential nominee may have learnt a thing or two from Nigeria's 2015 Presidential campaign.
Just like Nigeria's President Muhammadu Buhari who threatened to jail corrupt persons if he becomes President, Trump threatened to jail Hilary Clinton, Democratic Presidential nominee during the Sunday's night debate.
Speaking on her email scandal, Trump said, "If I win, I am going to instruct my Attorney General to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation, because there has never been so many lies, so much deception, there has never been anything like it, and we're going to have a special prosecutor," the Republican nominee said.
Given the chance to respond, Clinton did not address Trump's vow directly, but said, "Everything he just said is absolutely false. But I'm not surprised. It's just awfully good that someone with the temperament of Donald Trump is not in charge of the law in our country."
Trump shot back: "Because you'd be in jail."
