Retired Police Commissioner, Alhaji Abubakar Tsav said President Muhammadu Buhari's audio recording is enough proof that he's recovering.
Tsav said, ''The fact that he has spoken and the recorded voice released, is enough evidence to show that his health condition has improved.
''And considering his age, we may not know the type of ailment he is battling with, but the best option is for us to pray for him to fully recover.”
