Business Twitter, Amazon, Other Major Sites Disrupted As Cyber-attack Hits Internet Provider

Major internet services including Twitter, Amazon and Spotify suffered outages on Friday as a US internet provider said it had come under attack.

Some of the world's biggest websites including SoundCloud, Spotify and Shopify are experiencing technical problems due to a reported DDOS attack.



According to Hacker News, a “Massive Dyn DNS outrage” has caused Twitter, Etsy, Github, SoundCloud and Spotify, among others, to go down.

No-one has claimed responsibility for the attacks as of yet.
