Delta State Governor, Emmanuel Uduaghan, has described rumour mongering as the major problem his administration has had to contend with, advising the people of the state to desist from such attitude.
The governor, at a symposium/awards ceremony of the Federal Government College (FGC) Old Students’ Association, Class of 1972/74, at the weekend, called for attitudinal change. The theme of the symposium was ‘’Giant Strides in the 21st Century’’.
Uduaghan identified attitudinal change, climate change, ICT, critical infrastructure such as power, transportation, as key in the transformation of the country.
