PEOPLES Democratic Party, PDP, Delta State, has vowed to use the coming local government elections in the state to teach All Progressives Congress, APC, a lesson that the state was purely a PDP state without opposition.
Chairman of the party in Delta State, Chief Peter Nwaoboshi, who spoke in Ibusa, Oshimili North Local Government Area, when members of PDP Delta Mandate, PDPDM, visited him, boasted that PDP would not concede any of the wards in the 25 local governments to APC.
