A World Health Organization(WHO) consultant who has been identified as a Boko Haram medical doctor has been arrested by Joint Task Force (JTF) in Borno State.

His link with WHO was discovered when after his arrest, amnesty international, an international human rights overseer requested the release of the WHO consultant on the basis on his innocence and human rights.

However, he was found with a suitcase containing medical equipment which he used to treat wounded terrorists.
