The maker of Xbox is working on the device to move it from just a game playing console into becoming a device that a whole family member will find useful to enjoy. This they are doing by making the popular products serve varied multimedia purposes.
Most of the current multimedia functions of the device are tied to the live membership account which also comes with password, hence once the subscriber is not available, or dos not which to reveal the password, other members of the family will find it difficult to enjoy whatever function they want.
But with the new feature called Home Gold, Microsoft the maker of the device, hope to provide a permanent solution to this problem by making it possible for people to share the features they what easily.
