In a strategic move one week after the sweeping removal of all directors and CEOs of aviation agencies, Minister Festus Keyamo has appointed a new cadre of directors for key agencies. The appointments align with President Bola Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda and aim to reinvigorate the aviation sector.

The affected agencies, including the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Nigeria Metrological Agency (NiMET), Nigeria Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), and the Nigeria Safety and Investigation Bureau (NSIB), witnessed significant changes.

A new Directorate called Cargo Services has been established at FAAN to address sector challenges. The newly appointed directors span various agencies, showcasing a comprehensive restructuring effort.
