On Thursday, 130 members of the Federal House of Representatives began moves to impeach President Goodluck Jonathan.
According to TH NATION, the 130 lawmakers signed an impeachment notice register, alleging executive recklessness, interference and abuse of police.
Shortly after signing the impeachment notice register, a principal officer of the House said, "With how the police and security agents molested members of the House of Representatives, President Goodluck Jonathan has lost our goodwill. We have resolved to stop this impunity in the land".
THE NATION claims that Senators are in league with members of the House to move against President Jonathan.
