Rt. Rev. Alex Ibezim, Anglican Bishop of Awka on Saturday presented a bible to Muhammadu Buhari, presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
The clergy made the presentation before Buhari's rally in Anambra state.
Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo state who was present during the bible presentation commended the Bishop for the kind gesture and once more assured Nigerians that Buhari will not attempt to Islamize the country.
He said, ''Buhari was once a military general and Head of State. He had decree and power. If he didn’t do it then, is it now that we are in a democracy that he will Islamise Nigeria?''
