Arsenal have closed the points gap with Leicester after the snatched a thrilling win at the Emirates on Sunday.
Jamie Vardy put Leicester in front from the spot after he was brought down in the eighteen yard box towards the end the first half.
Leicester's Simpson early in the second half got two yellow cards in quick succession and was sent off.
Substitute Walcot put Arsenal back in the game after taping in from close range. Welbeck sealed the three points with a last minute header moments after being brought on. The ex Manchester United striker, who's marking a return from injury, rose high into the sky to latch unto a long free kick from Mesut Ozil.
The win takes arsenal to 51 points while Leicester City remain at the top with 53 points. The gooners will face Barcelona on the 23rd of February in first leg of the knock out stage of the UEFA Champions League.
