Prof. Attahiru Jega, Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission,INEC seeking further amendment in the electoral legal framework that will give the organisation more power to enable it tackle electoral fraud.
TVC News reports that Jega made the call at a dialogue session with Civil society groups on the challenges of the 2015 polls and prospects for future elections.
Jega also announced during the dialogue that regardless of the calls for him to remain in office beyond June, he would be leaving once his tenure expired.
