Nigeria - According to a recent report from The Cable, President Muhammadu Buhari overlooked some Nigerians who are 'ministerial-materials' in his recent ministerial appointments.



Here are six All Progressives Congress (APC) stalwarts and technocrats who were surprisingly overlooked. Many Nigerians thought Buhari would've given a chance to at least one of them.

1. Pat Utomi
2. Abike Dabiri
3. Obiageli Ezekwesili
4. Rabiu Musa Kwakwanso
5. Femi Falana
6. Bolaji Abdullahi
