All Progressives Congress (APC) chapter chairmen in South-South Nigeria have listed conditions former senate leader, Sen. Victor Ndoma-Egba must fulfill before he's admitted into the party.
A statement issued by the APC National Vice Chairman South South, Hilliard Eta said that some members of the party protested against the planned defection of Ndoma-Egba at the party's secretariat on Monday. The members are demanding an apology from Ndoma-Egba for allegedly persecuting APC members during the last election.
They're also demanding that he settles victims of his persecution before coming to the APC. Egba and other PDP and Labour Party chieftains were reported in the media about a week ago to have concluded arrangements to cross over to the APC at a rally reportedly planned for September 26 at the U.J Esuene stadium in Calabar, Cross River state.
