Moses since joining Chelsea in 2012 has looked like someone whose future is away from Stamford Bridge and with the array of stars presently at the club, the Nigerian could be sold by the Blues.
With just three weeks to the start of the new Premier League campaign, the Baggies are weighing up their options to sign the Nigerian in order to bolster their attack next season having already signed his international teammate,Brown Ideye for a club record fee.
Moses spent last season on loan at Liverpool but failed to make the needed breakthrough that could have convinced the Reds to look for an extension to the loan deal.
Since joining Chelsea from Wigan for £9million two years ago,Moses is yet to live up to the expectations that trailed him to Stamford Bridge.
And if West Brom manages to sign him from Chelsea,Moses could be handed another lifeline to revive his career.
