Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, has unveiled plans for a groundbreaking light rail construction project that is set to transform the entire state. During an interview on the Thursday edition of "Politics Today" on Channels Television, Governor Otti disclosed that his administration is currently in discussions with a Chinese company to bring this ambitious project to fruition. Governor Otti acknowledged the challenges ahead, stating, "It is not going to be easy, but it is going to be done. It is not something that you will just start and finish today." "The designs are being done. We will move from there to commercial issues, and at the end of the day, we will do it," Otti affirmed.
