Former Nigerian football team captain, Mikel Obi, has laid blame on former Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh, for the premature retirement of goalkeeping legend Vincent Enyeama.

Mikel, on his ObiOne podcast, labeled Oliseh as "absolutely clueless" and "easily the worst manager" he played under.

Recounting a tense encounter in camp, Mikel described Oliseh's disruptive impact on team dynamics, accusing him of creating division and forcing Enyeama out of the team.

Mikel asserted that Oliseh's lack of managerial skills and understanding led to confusion among the players, ultimately branding him as the worst manager in his career.

The explosive revelations shine a spotlight on the tumultuous period that marred Nigerian football.
