Allen Onyema, the CEO of Air Peace Airlines, revealed the challenges his airline faced due to what he described as internal and external conspiracies.

Speaking on Arise Television's Morning Show, Onyema detailed how Air Peace was denied a Technical Country Operators (TCO) permit by Nigerian authorities, hindering its operations in Europe.

Despite obtaining the designation to operate in London seven years ago, bureaucratic hurdles prevented Air Peace from commencing flights. Onyema highlighted the complexities of international aero politics, citing instances where Nigerian authorities obstructed the airline's efforts to expand its routes.

He emphasized the need for Nigerian airlines to receive adequate support from the Federal Government.

Onyema's revelations shed light on the systemic challenges faced by Nigerian businesses and the aviation industry, raising concerns about the country's regulatory framework and its impact on economic growth and development.
