Nikki Haley has withdrawn from the Republican presidential race for the November 2024 elections, leaving Donald Trump as the GOP nominee.

The former South Carolina governor and UN ambassador chose not to endorse Trump but urged him to appeal to more moderate-minded supporters.

In a press conference at her campaign headquarters in South Carolina, Haley stated, “It is now up to Donald Trump to earn the votes of those in our party and beyond who did not support him.”

Despite her historic win as the first woman to secure a GOP presidential primary victory, Haley faced setbacks on Super Tuesday, leading to her decision to end her bid.

Her departure marks the conclusion of a dozen candidates who initially ran against Trump but refrained from direct confrontation with the former president.
