Politics 2017 Budget: Fashola, Amaechi Get 35% Of Capital Expenditure

Babatude Fashola of the Ministry of Power, Housing and Works alongside with his counterpart at the Ministry of Transport, Hon. Rotimi Amaechi got key amount in capital expenditure of the 2017 budget estimates.

President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday presented a budget estimate of N7.N7.298tn.



The breakdown of the budget proposal shows that Ministry of Power, Work and Housing will get N529 billion while Ministry of Transportation will get N262 billion, which represents a total 35% of the whole capital expenditure.
