A 16-year-old boy, Mohammed Adamu (aka Engineer) on Tuesday told the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) that he and twelve other persons were holding nocturnal meetings in an uncompleted building at Gudu, near Apo, with the intention to launch attack on the seat of government in Abuja as well as to defend Islam.
Adamu revealed this at the site of the uncompleted building in Gudu, while testifying before a three-man panel of the commission probing the killing of eight persons on September 20, 2013 by security operatives for allegedly belonging to the Boko Haram sect.
